4. Property Listings (Sellers/Owners)
Listing Requirements:

All listings require title deeds, encumbrance certificates, and RERA registration (if applicable)

Properties must be accurately represented—no misleading photos or descriptions
Listing Duration: Free listings remain active for upto 60 days, renewable upon request.
Content Ownership: You retain ownership of uploaded content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display listings.
5. Buyer/Inquirer Responsibilities

Respect owner privacy—do not contact owners outside platform channels without permission

Report suspicious listings immediately
6. Prohibited Activities

Fake listings, price manipulation, or fraudulent transactions

Harassment of owners or staff

Automated scraping or data extraction

Posting illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content
7. Fees and Payment
Platform Fees:

Owner listings: Free

Premium visibility upgrades: Optional paid services clearly disclosed

Realtor commission as per market standard during deal closure.
Payment Terms: All payments processed securely via authorized payment gateways.
8. Intellectual Property
All platform content, logos, and proprietary technology belong to RealtyIkcon.com. Users may not copy, modify, or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
9. Disclaimers
No Warranty: Property information provided “as is.” We verify documents but cannot guarantee title authenticity—always conduct independent due diligence.
Market Information: Historical data and trends for informational purposes only. Past performance doesn’t guarantee future results.
Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for external websites or services.
10. Limitation of Liability
